I am 17 yrs old n need to lose weight in2 months can u help me??
Question: I am 76 kg n 17 yrs pld.I am 5 feet 6inches tall..wats my ideal weight n how can I lose the excess weight in 2 months?

umm, wear trash bags to bed, but keep water handy in case you lose too much water. Also, if you have heating vents turn the heat on and lay down over them with a blanket.
first off why measure you weight in metric and then your height in standard thats just confusing. your BMI is 27.1 which puts you in the overweight catagory you need to be at like 22 for optimum help but most body builders run about 26-28. i would look around on the fitness magazine websites for all the exercises i like mens health just because they also have article that could help you out in life and such. and they have a lose a pound a week calculator which tell you how many calories you need and then knock off 500 so you can lose. 3500 calories = 1 pound of human fat. so what i do is buy those weight watchers or healthy choice tv dinners. not because im lazy about cooking but i have portion control issues and its all in a little convienant container and if i eat it all no big deal. and pick an exercise not for how good it is for you but how much you like it. if biking were the best for you but you hated it it wont do you much good. just try and walk more do an exercise that you like or play a sport ( i like raquetball works your mind, hand eye, and speed). and do not eat fast food but if you do get the nutritional info and pick something that isnt so bad for you. and keep up the fight if you have to put an inspirational picture in your wallet like a pretty girl or the guy you want to look like. good luck.
u only need to lose 2 or 3 kilos try going for a bike ride a couple of times a week
You weight 152 in pounds. You never mention if your a boy or girl. However if your a girl your ideal body weight should be in between 120-133 (small frame) and 130-144 (medium frame). You should do a lot of fast burning cardio and jogging really helps at 3 times a week. You should try Billy Blanks Elite workout (really helps). Also, drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day. Please try to re-framed from any fried foods. Try baked fish, salmon, and baked chicken along with fruits. Eat small portion. Maybe a salad for lunch instead of a big meal. Good luck!!!!!
it depends on how much weight u want to lose but the best way to lose about 10 pounds in too weeks is to eat alot of fruit daily and less meat. exercise at least 20 minutes a day such as walking,aerobics,etc and in two you'll see a total difference. and another way is adding oatmeal to your diet. oatmeal will suck the fat outta ya. i know i went from a size 430 to a size 190 within 6 months or less. try it!!
