How much should i do to increase strength??

Question: i usually take 6kgs in one arms for 12 times and the same in another and then both i take soooo...will i increase >>>???
Answers: Here's a good way of increasing your strength on your lifts. Every two weeks increase the weight on all your lifts by 10%. Meaning that if you are bench pressing 200lbs for 3 sets 10-12 reps in the first week then two weeks later once you can do 12 reps easily with 200lbs you increase the weight by 10% to 220lbs. Do this on all your lifts every two weeks.

However, in order to keep progressing you must have a good diet where you are getting around 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight or lean body mass. You must also get plenty of quality sleep in order to recover properly. Creatine and HMB will help. Remember to stretch!

Hope this helps!
If you want to increase strength you need to do multiple reps on both arms with gradually increasing weight. Work for two weeks at on weight, then step it up 5 or 10 pounds and work another 2 weeks. There is no overnight way to increase. You have to work for it.
doing excercise will surely increase ur strength as substances called endorphins are released which makes u physically & mentally fit.increasing strength also depends on ur mind .have faith in yourself
Glutamine is an important nitrogen-carrying amino acid that may be conditionally essential in certain conditions to support the gut barrier, immune function and overall protein use. It is the most abundant free-form amino acid found in muscle tissue.
