I plan to use creatine next 2 to 3 months, then leave it, carry on workout for years with whey protein, am i r?
Question: I am college student, not athlete, but 190 cm height with lean body is no good. Am going to gym for last 4 mths.have a strange plan to use creatine.
I want to use CREATINE MONOHYDRATE (along with proteins) for 2or3 months, to build up muscle size which i would have gained normally on protein in 2 years. Then carry on gym with whey protein to maintain them.Am i RIGHT???
Or is it that i will not have same muscle size and capacity after leaving creatine even with constant workout and whey protein?
I know that creatine retains water in muscles and increases gain and decreases fatigue, and i will have to drink lots of water.
So if i plan to take it, how much litre of water per day should i take, with just 5 grams of creatine everyday?
Answers: You don't need any of that crap, not unless you really want to kill your kidneys.
All that anyone needs to do is to eat a balanced diet. day in and day out. That will provide more than enough protein, fats and carbs, more than enough nutraceuticals, enough calories for anyone, every day of the year. Yes, even for a vegan athlete.
You're a college student. By definition, you're far too intelligent to be destroying your body by choice. That's why I'm also adding a link about body image for you. Make certain you read it, as your problem literally is not your body but your perception of it.
You take the creatine with any amount of water you want, but it is important to drink water in abundance throughout the day since your muscles need the water to retain the creatine.
Also, consider consuming the creatine with fruit juice, or any other high glycemic drink. The reason to do this is to shuttle the creatine into your system quicker and more efficiently.
