Today went to gym as usually and i was wondering can i still do weights before i go sleep??


Answers: yes you can still do weights before you sleep...question is though...will you be able to sleep if you are full of energy from your work-out?...dont think i could, so i would train earlier...spend some time at home winding down...then sleep easily!
im pretty sure any type of physical activiy relases endorphins and it might keep you awake.
people say you shouldnt excercise 3 hours before bed. but what do people know..
presonally i find it easy to sleep afer excercise
