I think that if you can have the will power to stick to it then it is wonderful for your body. But I don't think that it should be pushed on to others. I think it is a very healthy life style and if you do pursue it to form the other areas of your life around it. Like don't put drugs, alcohol, and tobacco in your body or it's just a waste of time eating that well.
I believe it is a persons choice. I respect people fpor not eating meat. I tried it when I was younger and I realize I love steak way too much to give it up.
I know see nothing wrong with eating meat. I feel it is natural, no matter what some people like to say. I LOVE animals, and all for animal rights, but I also feel that it is natural for animals to eat other animals. When watching shows about wild animals, I would often feel sorry for the antelope being killed by the tiger...until I realize that the cubs, which are just as cute, would die without the food. As i often say, how many lions do you see eating just grass because they feel bad for their prey? But it is my belief, and I do not push my beliefs on others, but also hope they have enough respect not to push their beliefs on me.
I think it's great, I just don't think there is enough information out there for people to make wise choice. Instead they choose they easy out and drive through McDonalds vs. cooking healthy, possible even vegan
