Why am I eating so much??

Question: I'm not really tall (short actually) and I'm thin (not skinny just thin) I work out like an hour and a half a day. For breakfast I have grapefruit and cereal and sometimes som ham... I take a bar for lunch but I'm always buying candy, cookies or more bars. Also in my home I'm having cookies and stuf flike that all the time, sometimes I'm not even hungry but keep eating...
Answers: Try eating more protein! Protein shakes are great if you're on the run. Eat more often. If you have small meals throughout the day you'll be more consistantly full. That's how I found out that I'm pregnant so if it's a possibility check on that! All of a sudden I was soooo hungry and tired. Good Luck!
you are not eating enough carbs and the excersize you do prob burn up more that you eat. for breakfast eat some bread or cereal, and for lunch have something like a sandwich
s'ok everyone snacks. try to keep the food you eat helathy, hav lots of veggies and drink lots of water. to avoid snacking so much try eating more at mealtimes and then you wont be so hungry throughout the day.
well at least your eating healthy, they say depression has a lot to do with eating a lot,or bordom, not sure but i eat a lot too,i think out of habit
If you really have a question you will have to reword it because you are skinny and worried about eating too much which does not sound like a problem.
You had better have your thyroid checked or ask your Dr whether you might have an eating disorder. Maybe you eat out too much. Maybe you are anxious or lonely which have their own solutions.
From the sounds of it you are eatingo ut of bordem...You may want o tevaluate your stress level, Try replacing themultiple snacks with a walk or a glass of water or 100% juice instead...
