Help with working out!??


Question: So if i seriously work out about an hour everyother day will it help me lose weight??

All I really want is to get abs because right now i feel like im starting to get rolls!! So what type of excercises should i focus on to get a flat stomach, or atleast abs??


And do you guys have an secrets to getting fit? what really works?!
Answers: maybe you slould try half an hour every other day or 20 mins You slould ride a bike ir maybe even try bowflex because that sounds like a good thing
well u should really do sit ups it will help ur abs
Alright remember that you need to do cardio/aerobics so that you burn fat and do toning so that you can get that really nice ab look that youre thinking about.

I have a toning workout for the belly that you do 6 days a week. Alot of gals have claimed they were seeing results after a month. Now keep in mind though that toning doesnt allow you too loose weight, it strentghts your muscles and sculpts your body.

I recommend that you do the Abdominal Workout I have posted. That way you get in cardio as well as toning. And I recommend that you do it about 3-4 times a week. the other three days of the week you should do cardio for about an hour.

If you are a member of a gym, just ask the staff there.

If not then you can do lots of exercise with no equipment at all, for example you can stretch, jog to warm up, do some more stretching, light weight(many times if you buy dumbels) then jog again and cool down by stretching. Oh, and before you cool down you should do some exercises for you abs, hips and back muscles.

First diets are a waste of time, just change your eating habits and throw all the crap with sugars and fats away cause thats not going to do anything for you and you dont need that fancy new machins normal weightrs will be good for oyu or throw heavy things in a derable sack and job with it on your back
