What is the best diet you tried and REALLY WORKED????

Question: I tried so many diets, which one really works??? Help Me.
Answers: weight watchers because it allows for what I call real life . There are going to be times when you go thru a drive thru or maybe have to attend a Birthday party, etc. You can save points or earn flex points with exercising....so you can use them for a special occasion. The book lists every type of food and its point value so soon you will start to learn what you can and can't have. The amount of points you get each day depends on your current weight. A realistic goal to set is 10% of your body weight.....so if you weigh 200 lbs. you would set a goal of 20 lbs. Once you lose that your next goal would be 10% of 180, which would be 18 lbs. and so on...... It is alot easier to look at small achievable goals than to say, OH my Gosh I have to lose 75 lbs. Also going to the meetings each week makes you accountable to someone and will make you try harder. Good luck.
I followed slim fast for 3 months and lost 30 pounds. I waws 175 and got down to 145. I went off and gained it back. The scoop: if you want to keep the weight off, you have to stay of the slimfast diet. But, it worked!
do not eat rice for three months and there will be difference, believe me, i've tried it
atkins diet. lots of people say its not good for you but who cares when you can lose a stone in 2 weeks. i did. its great.
the moderation diet is what works best for me. I do not over do on any one thing. Just a little of any thing I eat. and I have one day a week where I eat no sugar.
The zone - it is based on 40% protein, 40% carbs & 20% fat. The weight loss is 2-3 lbs per week and you will have lots of enrgy.
