Right leg toned, while left isn't??
Question: I woke up with a sore right leg today and wondered if I could end up with toning just one leg. Is this a problem? How could I exercise differently to make sure I don't end up with 'unbalanced' legs? I also happen to be right-handed if it's relevant at all.
Answers: Yeah I play tennis and that happens to me all the time, mostly in my right arm because it's my strong arm. Just keeping working with it and adjust your balance as neccessary.
Ex. If it were me I would excercise my left arm specially
Unless you are a professional body builder you cant. You probably slept on it weird
like a tennis player
