What foods will make you gain weight healthily??


Question: Does anyone have a list of foods that will allow someone to gain weight but in a good way?
Answers: To gain weight good,eat lots of healthy carbs,such as:

potatoes
whole-grain breads
pasta
rice
cereal

and of course, fruits and veggies and water are important.
It worked for me.Try it.Make sure you are still exercising because if you just eat without exercising the weight won't be healthy.Good luck!
Fruits, veggies, lean meat, grains, and some fish is all good.
Lay off the chrystal Meth
lots of dry fruits,skimmed milk,spinach and potato...and take ur meals 4-5 times a day with maximum 3 hours gap..& drink plenty of water & exercise is must with that
