I want to know of some really potent, homemade. . .??
Question: weightloss drink concoctions, for a fasting diet, like for energy, or for water loss, anything. I want to do maybe do a day or two at a time, alternated w/ a few days of healthy eating, & i have heard of some strange, interesting mixtures.Do you know of any liquid fasting juices or drinks i can concoct homemade in the kitchen, for weightloss?
Answers: For weightloss fruits juice, you should choose not too sweet fruits of low calories content like oranges, apples, pears to name a few, but avoid fruits like bananas,papayas, grapes or pineapples which are quite sweet and added calories content. Add a pinch of salt to any fruit juice you make because you are on fasting diet. never add sugar as the fruits by nature is already sweet enough. You are very wise to drink fruit juice on a fasting diet because it not only helps you in weightloss but actually help you cleanse the toxins off your body. 2 glasses daily (morning and evening) is good enought. But dont defeat the purpose by indulging in too high carb, fatty, oily and sweet stuffs, because they will all be converted to sugar after digestion and any excess will become fat and stored up in the tummy, thighs, butts and arms. Well, it's nothing fancy, but if your goal is to lose weight, grapefruit juice seems to be the best thing I have tried! It really works for me, but you have to drink about 3 glasses a day and stick to it for a couple of weeks. For water loss, stay away from saltly foods.
