Question: Also is this good for a freshman next year being a sophmore. And is it good for a guard on a high school football team?
Answers: it isn't bad considering your age. If you can bench near or above your own body weight, you're doing ok. In a couple years you'll definitely want to be benching close to 100lbs more than that though. Don't get hooked into all the powders and pills and stupid crap from GNC though, just do it 100% natural by lifting 4-5 days a week for an hour or two.

I would say thats pretty darn good considering I weigh 155 and I cant even bench the bar! :o)
