What is the best way to loose pounds without doing to much exercise.??


Question: I have to much back pain and i want to do some exercise that dont hurt me.
Answers: Change the way you eat.

Eliminate sugary drinks like soda and replace them with water.
Don't eat greasy junk food and choose healthier foods like fresh fruits and vegetables.

If you have a lot of back pain, you might want to consider swimming or water aerobics as a great no impact type of exercise.

I have been on the Special K diet. One bowl in morning. Low Cal, Low fat lunch. Bowl before 6pm. I walk 20 minutes a day. I have lost 50 lbs in 7 months. Once in a while I do some yoga. That is seriously all I have done, but I think it is all up to your metabolism. Eating hot spicey stuff can boost that. Good luck.
