Becoming Vegan. Need Info??

Question: I'm converting to veganism, and I need all I need to about it. What to eat, what not to eat. Nutrition Info, etc. Everything.
Answers: Try to eat whole foods, not a bunch of packaged junk. Whole grains such as, brown rice, barley, buckwheat, oats, quinoa, millet, and couscous. Try to eat plenty of your favourite vegetables daily, and don't forget fresh fruits.
Soy is only a sometimes food. Don't eat it daily, because it can impair your thyroid causing weight gain and tiredness. It contains estrogen-mimicking hormones which can mess up your body's hormone balance. Trust me, I know. I ate soy for 8 years as a vegan, and gained a ton of weight without realizing why. I got some info on soy, and it all made sense. I have been six months soy free and down 30 pounds.
Good luck.
what not to eat:
milk
Cheesse
eggs
Meat
fish
honey
anything that is produced by an animal.

What to eat:
Lots of things here,
salads
breads
fruit
candy
junk food
cakes made with fake milk and eggs
soy cheese
there are so many imitations, and they all taste really good.
make sure to eat lots of peanut products or you won't have enough protien and you'll get extremely ill!
You don't need to be a vegan to be healthy. Try to eat white meat (fish and chicken) for 3 servings a week, and you can cut the red meat (once or twice a month is enough). Eat more vegetables, and fruit. Drink low-fat milk or soy milk. You'll lose more weight if you become a vegan, but personally, life is very short, try and enjoy life by eating healthy not by eating plants only.
