I don't have a credit card and i'm not over 18---- can anyone suggest a way for me to get diet pills??
Question: Any ideas would be helpful- I live in Rochester, NY, USA... if you wanna hook me up... or just give me some ideas that'd be great.
Answers: if a store wont let you , have an older friend get them for you
Try your local drug store, Rite Aid, etc or GNC
Most companies will take a check by phone.
Better yet, try a better lifestyle, such as exercising, and diet changes... not a DIET, but a change in your diet.
Diet pills don't work. Diet and exercise do. Don't eat before bed. Don't drink diet pop. Don't skip meals. Don't dispare. Take control of your life. You are the driver and your body is the car. Take charge of the car, don't let the car rule you.
If you really need them, then talk to your parents... they can call for a dr's appointment and then decide if they are really needed... Most of the time watching what you eat and exercise does the trick.
diet pills are usually a bad idea if you are under 18. if you really want a card, get a checking account and they will send you a visa money card and you can use it just like a credit card except it just comes right out of your account. you can start a checking account even if you are under 18 if your parents are with you.
Go talk to your parents about it. You should probably not take diet pills. Talk to your parents, and then to a doctor. See what they suggest. Listen to them. Doctors know all about bodies and what is good for them.
Do NOT get hooked on diet pills. It is just a money making scheme. If you look at TV and pay attention to a lot of advertisements you will see a LOT of commercials for weight loss. Low carb diets are the popular thing right now. I can tell you they are not good. I've known lots of people of all ages who have tried them as well as diet pills and nothing will be healthier for you than proper diet and exercise. One key thing is to eat a good variety of foods and do a variety of exercises, not the same routine. You can also build muscle and NOT lose weight but your body will re-proportion its self and look better. Sometimes you may even gain weight (because muscle weighs more than fat) and it is recommended that you do muscle building exercises while you are doing things to burn fat and lose weight in order to tone up loose skin and shape the body. I found that the AbLounge works pretty well. it's one of the few that DOES do what it says it will do to some extent.
Please email me (davyslady@yahoo.com) if you would like anymore information on your diet. I've worked closely with lots of people on the matter. diet pills are not the way to go at all.
