Let me tell you what, If you really are that serous become a vegetarian. I haven't yet taken the plunge but it is an extremely healthy life style and you will lose weight quickly.
It would depend on what you eat now. You would need to figure out how much you currently eat in calories per day and then how much in calories you would be eating if you went on an all fish diet.
