How can I build the muscles in the back of my thighs at home (without a home gym)??
Answers: Steps are great for this, they also develop the calf muscle as well. If you don't want to trog up and down your stairs, get a step board or a stout piece of wood and some bricks. Step up with your right foot, place the left foot on the top of the step next to the right and then immediately step down with the Left foot. Place right foot on ground next to left foot, then step up with left foot etc. Do this for a couple of minutes. Then for 1 minute place feet together, and rise up on your toes, keep repeating. Do 3 sets of this.

get some ankle weights(10+lbs) and lay down on a bed with your legs(knees and below) hanging off the bed, and do leg lifts. try that and see how you like it. do lots of stretching too
Get some cement blocks, or some other material and make a good solid step about 8 inches high. Then make it 10 inches... 12...etc.

Squatting lunges while holding weights is good too.
Try this, it helps a lot when toning muscles and you can use it anywhere
