I Wanna build a lean body with perfect shape. tell me How??
Question: I am 6.1 in height and 88 Kgs.Weish 35 inches. Little fat on my tummy. So i need to reduce my fat and then just give shape to my body. I dont want heavy muscles but a lean muscles. Perfect for modeling. Please help me with this. I cant control diet much. I have a light break fast something like idli or dosa. Lunch i have two chapati and a fruit bowl. Dinner i have Rice with sambar and sometimes little curds too. Sundays i eat chicken at KFC for lunch and also Pizza at pizza hut but the dinner will be the same. Do i have to cut down anything from my diet during this process?

Workout with light to medium weights doing 3 sets of 12 reps. Heavy weights tend to increase size of muscle. Lay off KFC and pizza...fried stuff and pizza do not help build muscle tissue.
Increase your protien lower your carbs .. you would be shocked at the number of carbs in that pizza n kfc .. and its better to have 5 small meals a day to keep your metabolism running longer n stronger ..
