15, 5'3.5 and 117.5 lbs/8st5.5... wanna be 106 lbs/7st8??
Question: Im 15, 5'3.5 and currently am 8st5.5, or 117.5 lbs... id like to be 106 lbs, or 7st8, by march 1st. That gives me 42 days to lose 11.5 lbs.... think its possible? also... i do have an eating disorder... but is there a healthier way to lose this weight? Reply as soon as possible please..
Answers: 6 weeks, a loss of about 2 pounds a week - definitely possible. However, if you focus on losing weight, you will probably thrust yourself deeper into your eating disorder. And eating in a disordered way will cause your metabolism to slow and cause all kinds of health problems - screwed up liver, kidneys, heart - not to mention death. If you seek help for your eating disorder, you can learn to eat healthily. When we say I can't eat this from an ed or a diet, we begin to crave, upsetting our natural balance with foods. When we binge, we binge big. Or when we cut down, we cut down too much.
So, eat a healthy diet - full of all the vitamins you need to grow and be strong, balanced between wholegrain carbs, protein, healthy fats, fruit and veg. Exercise a little. Grow strong, fit, healthy - and lose weight in the process. Don't lose your family, friends, health and life over this disorder.
It's great you're seeking a healthy way - but only if you overcome this eating disorder will you be able to manage your weight for life. Otherwise, you will be stuck in this horrible cycle, sucked deeper and deeper in. Get out now. Seek help. Good luck :)

good to see u have admitted you have an eating disorder but u really need to sort out why u have one.
Okay, so you admit your have an eating disorder. Why aren't you doing something about it. You need to at least talk to someone about this, a professional who can help you to understand the deeper reasons for your disordered eating. You can't carry on like this forever and the longer you carry on the more you damage your body in more ways than you can imagine.
Take care and at least try to help yourself.
