A common misconception ALL fat is bad...if you didNT consume any fats you would die!!..its a natural nutrients that your body needs...the quickest way to lose weight is the cut down on fats you eat..then tone and train your muscles(legs are the biggest)so they are able to burn more fat..but since you cut you fats and sugars...you start to burn fat you have on your and some of what you eat, so you lose weight....the quickest way is to do any aerobic exercise jogging swimming sex..lol biking for 20 minutes continously NO STOPS.....also a anaeroblic exercise like bench press and squats to increase the size of the muscle and increase the fat calorie..burn ..just dont run and lift on the same days and dont overwork yourself..remember food fuels this process so never starve yourself to lose weight
