Answers: Just eat a little more of what you are eating. Like one more slice of bread, one more egg, a little bit more meat, extra scoop of ice cream, etc
Take it slowly. In addition, do a little bit more exercise like weight training to stimulate growth.
try drinking those meal replacement shakes when you eat... and maintain a healthy diet, that way you can gain weight healthily (but not the diet shakes)this should be the easiest thing since it really doesn't involve changing your diet!

Make sure to eat extra of healthy things so you don't gain a lot of unwanted fat.
You can also try meal replacement bars. Detour bars worked really well for me.

SLOW: Pastas, potatoes (French fries, etc), rice, etc
Cheese and bread are terrific for fat gain...

To do this you must eat as much protein as you can in a day(try whey protein shakes&fish) and avoid sugar and saturated fat. If you just need to gain any weight, than enjoy yourself with anything, but don't indulge too much.
