So I am a fat slob and need to lose some weight??
Question: what has work for you and how long did ya keep it off for..
Answers: First off eat smaller portions of food than you have been, drink only water if you must drink anything else let it be milk or 100% fruit juice. That alone will make a huge difference. Then you can try jogging, trust me you will lose weight so fast and tone up so you wont have saggy skin. If you dont like jogging, you can either walk a lot or even by doing household chores, just remind yourself how great you will look. That will give you some determination. :) I'm living proof it works.

run if you're under 35. take the stairs if you're older and if you start running while you're still so heavy, you're gonna be exhausting your knees on an eccelerated rate. I took 2yrs to lose 30kg by taking stairs up to 11th floor once a day and kept it off for more than 5yrs.

RUN!! i lost 30 lbs this summer just running every other day...do it! fast results...if u are new to exercising..start out with walking a couple of times a week, and gradually build up to running a few minutes each day...i had never run before and in that summer ientereed a race for 5 miles! and did great! u can do it! running will make you feel great and kep of the weight..it is good for depression to..i know this because i started running after a breakup
