How do I figure out how many calories to eat per day??

The second link is kind of interesting as well. You enter the number of minutes you spend doing each activity in a day and it will calculate about how many hours you burn doing each activity as well as your daily total. It even figures in time standing, studying, & sleeping.

It depends on what your goal is, they say an avrage preson should eat 2000 a day. If your trying to gain weight 2500, lose weight maybe 1750. I would say going below 1500 is unsafe

Its a personal thing. When I was trying to lose weight I had to take in 1000 calories a day. You have to keep a ledger and figure out what works for you. Depending on what you want your weight to do.
