How can i lose weight? reall fast????
Question: I wanna get a slim and toned body. I wanna lose weight. The thing is i have no access to a gym so i need to know on what i should eat for me to cut down on weight and what exercise i should be doing to be toned down.

ah swimming is a great idea!! also, clean out your intestines. don't overdo it, but it's really important that you eat fibre, etc, to make your stool pass easily through you. many ppl have pounds of waste sitting in their abdomen. processed flours and other bad foods sort of clog up the tract, if you know what i mean.
You havn't put on the weight overnight, so how do you want it to disapear so quickly. Do it the healthy way, and healthy doesnt have to mean slow.. the safest weight to lose in a week is 2 lbs, thats 8lbs a month. i think that pretty reasonable.
