Good diet please??
Answers: High protein...avoid breads as much as possible, a lot of greens, a lot of water, daily vitamins. Good amount of exercise, and you should be okay. Also, don't completely steer clear of the foods you love, allow yourself a good treat once a week or so, but eat in moderation. Do muscle increasing exercises, muscle burns more calories then fat, so you can burn more calories while doing sedative actions.

Just lay off the junk food and sweets and try to eat more 'home-made' foods.
Other than that try to exercise and remember, a diet doesn't mean stay hungry

drink lots of water, only juice when its fresh, that means no concentrate,as many fruits and vegies as you can handle, high protein stuff- meat, eggs, tofu, salmon is great, if you have to eat grains, make it whole grain/ whole wheat/ go to the gym 3 or more days a week for at least an hour.

a glass of yougurt (400 ml) or a glass of mix fruit (1 carrot, 1 apple, and 8 strawberry) or a piece of bread with a glass(300ml) of skim milk.
Lunch
meet with potato or meet with vegetable. you may eat fish or chicken or beef. avoid pork will be best. pork contain high colestrol and fat.
dinner
eat salad. can be chicken salad or tuna salad. buat make the tuna/chicken and vegie 1:5. add 1 apple if necesary.
everytime tou are hungry eat papaya or cantelouple. don't forger to excercise at least 30 minutes/day. and drink at least 2 lt water everyday.
don't over your self too much. after lost the first 5 pounds, reward yourself with 1 thing you really want to eat. 1 cup of ice cream probably.
Drink lots and lots of ice water, eat fruits and vegetables
stay away from fried foods,fast foods, and anything with hydrogenated in it. Eating healthy will keep you satisfied longer and fruit will satisfy your Sweet tooth.
Remember to take your vitamins, and go for walks every day.
