If i walk or jog at a track for an hour a day, would i be fit by , lets say May 06??


Question: Im a 19 year old female.
Answers: Certainly a lot fitter than if you don't do it.
only if you eat right also!
Explain what you mean by fit. I might be able to run 5 miles at a time, but I don't consider myself fit if I want to run a marathon (26.2 miles). Walking or jogging for an hour a day will get you in better shape as long as that's more than you're already doing. If you exercise for the same amount of time, the faster pace will use more calories (running uses a lot more than walking). Don't expect a dramatic weight loss in 2-3 months, but you could lose maybe 10-20 lbs and notice significant improvements in your speed and endurance. If you're concerned about weight, look at your lifestyle and diet too. There are ways to cut calories and increase energy use throughout the day.
