Vegetarian food sources of calcium??


Question: pls give Indian food names, if possible
Answers: Indians take betel leaves , pan and it has calcium added CHUNA.
Eggs are good too.
brocholi, kiwi, a lot of vegetables have calcium
Banana, Sesame, Apple
sorry I'm not Indian but I hope you will understand.
brocholi kiwi, yoghurt, cheese and drink a lot of milk.
soya beans, leafy green vegetables
nuts(walenut,almond, hazelnut,...)
Also some Chinese nuts :)
chestnuts and peanut
