Gym programme??
Question: i have started a pretty full on gym prog, i go five times a week for about 2hrs per session consisting of cardio and weights, how long before i start to see results, it has been 5 weeks now i have lost a bit of weight but i feel i should have lost more am i a little two impatitent.
Answers: well you may not be seeing the results you want bc of the order of your workout or the time of day. it's best to work out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach so your body goes straight to burning fat for energy. if not working out in the morning, be sure to wait about 3 hours after your last meal. also, you should do your weight training 3 days a week, and then your cardio and abs the other 3 days, and then one day of rest. if you do cardio and weights in the same day, do weights first so that you will be burning the most possible fat with your cardio. eating the right foods at the right times is also extremely important. i found a great book about all this stuff that i'm trying to follow right now...
