How many times a week should i work out? And for how long a day??


Answers: If you're just starting out, try two to three times a week for about half an hour each time. Always warm up first and cool down after your workout in order to reduce the chances of injury.
Working out 3-4 times per week for 1/2 an hour each time is good
If possible, work out every day for 30 minutes. I switch it up too...cardio one day, more weight training the next.
Do you want a fantastic body, or a so-so body?

Do you want to be sexy, or homely?

What can your body take?

Your mind?

Your schedule?
Make sure you always have two or three to take a breather and just stretch, not fully work out. But 20-30 minutes a day is what is reccomended by trainers and such.
At least 3x a week for about 45 minutes.
4x would be even better and show more results.
But I should talk....hehehe....I can barely manage 3.
