What are the best exercises programs to keep in shape ??
Answers: I think walking is one of the best ways to keep the cardio rate up, plus you can burn lots of calories this way. That is probably one reason there are so many treadmills in gyms and in peoples homes. You don't have to get out in the weather and can walk any time. So I would say a good treadmill work out is one of the best.
