How come...??


Question: When I weighed myself one day it said 125
then the next day it was 126 and it was 126 for awhile.
Then this morning it was 128!
I exercise everyday for atleast half an hour, sometimes even more, and I don't eat awhole lot either.

I always weigh myself in the morning after I use the restroom before I eat or drink anything..but today I had already drunk alot of water.
Why does it vary so much??
Answers: your body can fluctuate several pounds even during the day. I would recommend only weighing once a week.maybe you ate something salty and retained fluid. maybe your are PMS
It is the water retention. Assuming you have a digital scale. Always weigh yourself at the same time everyday.
lean muscle weighs more than fat, I would concentrate more on inches lost than on actual numbers on a scale,

So, if you've been exercising and eating right, you're losing fat and gaining lean muscle more than likely
try only once a week to weight your self it makes you angry
