I think you mean water retention. The only cure is to not have salt in any form after 7 pm in the evening. Plus start eating more of fruits and salads.
I retain water but i got pills from the doctor furosemides is the name of the pill there is a 40mg and 80mg they make ya pee so much you will get rid of the water fast.
