Haven't hit puberty.. should you work out alot??
Question: See im 13 years old and im trying to build up muscle for being a breakdancer. I still haven't hit puberty and I was wondering if i should wait until i grow before i start building my body up. So basically my question is. Can building up your body stunt your growth if you haven't gone through puberty?

i was doing gymnastics and i didnt know that
thats why girls have small boobs
but i was a part time so i wasnt stunted
unless you are pumpin iron your not gonna be short

No, you can't stunt your growth by weightlifting, but it's going to be MUCH easier once you hit puberty, so you might as well wait.
