Getting toned...??


Question: im not overweight or anything like that out ive put on about 5 pounds and i dont like it.
whats some ways to get a flatter stomach and smaller thighs?
if any1 knows anything pleasee answer this

Answers: Concentrate on eating lean and healthy. When lifting or strength training use lighter weights but do more reps. This aids in a little cardio while building small lean muscles.

If your thighs are muscular then you if will be hard to make them smaller in size but you can tones them by walking. Lifting. doing squats ( I just use the bar with no weights to help with balance and I add more reps each day ).

Do some online research about diet and nutrition. Yoga and pilates are also great ways to strength train, relieve stress and tone every muscle in your body.
Definitely agree with everything Jayne said...crunches are good for abs. Crunch twists are great for developing the long side muscles. Leg lifts are good for the lower abs. Anything Pilates is great for your core.
If you have access to a pool, consistent lap swimming lengthens your mucles and gives your body a much leaner look. It burns calories like crazy and also takes fat off your hips.
