How Can I Grow Taller? excercise, nutrition, sleep amount??
Question: I would lovee to grow taller then I am right now and be hella thanksful if someone could tell me some great tips like food, excercise, sleeping or anythinG!
Answers: Unless you're extremely short there's nothing you can do legally. It also depends on your age. You may still have a growth spurt. But if you are about 20 or so you've probably reached your maximum height. Your only alternative is to obtain some human growth hormone which a lot of body builders use along with steroids. It can be prescribed, but like I said only if you are extremely short. So you most likely out of options if you aren't in your teens. If you are, eat healthy, and sleep at least 8 hours a day. Stay away from junk food and make sure you get sleep. Sleep is the only time the body releases the growth hormone, so make sure you get enough of it. As for food, lots of carbs and proteins. Carbs are good, don't listen to those fad diets. Just make sure you're not eating bags of potato chips and gallons of soda. That kind of carboloading is bad. Just follow the food pyramid, it's good for a growing body.
drink more milk
Some people have growth spurts late. Some people are just short forever. It happens. There's nothing you can do, really. You're not just going to sprout up another foot overnight. Sorry to break it to you, but that's the truth.

as soon as you reach the age 17-19, that will probably the most you will ever grow because its in your GENETICS, if you have tall family then you'll get as tall as them...just eat healthy , dont smoke drink...basically live a healthy life
