Whats A Good way to loss weight fast??
Question: My boyfreind wants to lose weight and he asked me to help him but im not sure what I can do to help him lose the weight he wants to lose and help him not to be so depressed any ideas..?
Answers: go through morning exercise routines with him and help maintain his diet (dont cut the amount of food, just cut the calories and fatty stuff)

If you lose weight too fast it will just come back. Better to lose it slowly with controlling your food intake and exercising.
Eating less should do it! as more food makes you fatter!
Every fool should know that exercise alot and eat healty, that's the right way to lose weight. Only lazy people who gonna get eventually a heart attack don't do it.
No carbohydrates in the evening, eat more protein and cut out all sweets, fizzy drink crap, etc. Also drink loads a water and do aerobic exercise.

Get him to go to the gym at least 3 times a week and do cardio for at least 30 minutes. and then gradually move up to 5 days a week.
Snack during the day to keep the metabolism running.
Drink lots of water.

running is the clinicly-proven best way to reduce weight...but it's not going to be an overnight thing, ok?

If he eats too much of big portions, tell him to cut down. Drink lots of water and if he eats alot of sweets cut down to maybe 3 times a week.
You both need to change your diet to a healthier one, then you can both stop going to fast food restaurants. then go walking, swimming and cycling together, its more fun when ur doing it with someone else, people need motivation x

eliminate soda....do it slowly by using diet sodas so you don't miss the caffeine and spaz out.....drink only miller lite or michelob ultra when getting boozed up...these are empty calories and carbs........and other than the usual drink 8 glasses of water a day just avoid foods really high in carbs....ohh yeah and don;t eat any fatty cheeseburgers in front of him....ohhh when eating fast food (only if necessary and in a rush can you eat fast food) leave out the top bun and the french fries.....there are also some good carb blocker pills on the market....help him out your sex life will improve drastically and you will thank yourself for being the good girlfriend...stay positive and don't let him constantly weigh himself

tell him to drik a shake like slimfast or something like that. you replace breakfast,lunch and dinner with the shake also tell him to exersise or use the bicycle alot.
and tell him not to break the routine unless he lost the weight he wants. lots of water to. no soda or s hit like that.
one more thing. if he drinks the shake and then eats a meal he is going to get fater so wach for that.
First week 1km jogging,20 push ups.Second week 2 Km jogging, 30 push ups, Third week 3 Km jogging 40push ups.Start eating fibrous stuff with less chocolate, Ice creams or sugar.No Dieting.Do it for 4 Months.Do YOGA if you want to stay at home.
