Faster Metabolism??
Question: i dont rly have a fast metabolism...its average but i would like it to be super fast....liie jack rabbit fast...if i exercise for 1 hour to 2 hours plus school and if i eat 4 to 5 small meals how fast will it be in 1 month
Answers: u cant gain a faster metabolism, its something u born with....all u can do is eat healthily and exercise

Eat small meals but eat fruits or vegetables as opposed to foods with lots of fat in them.
