i won't lecture you, except i'll tell you that you could very well not lose any weight and possibly gain it since your body will try to hold on to every calorie it gets.
Seriously, you don't know. If you cut back that much, you won't be concious enough to diet like that by the 3rd or 4th day, not to mention that you will lose muscle mass, not fat...and remember, your heart is a muscle.
Doesn't matter bec you will gain it all back immediately when you resume normal eating. Don't be stupid. Go the gym: WEIGHTS. And Zone diet is cutting edge. Don't be impatient; you will lose weight pretty quickly on the Zone diet, but in a safe and permanent way. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO BE ANOREXIC TO BE VERY THIN.

Just want to say that on 300 calories per day you will lose over 80% muscle and less than 20% fat. For example, if you lose 5lb in weight, only 1lb will be fat loss and 4lb will be muscle loss. You will end up with a much higher body fat percentage, is that what you were hoping to achieve?

In order to keep your weight you need to consume 1500 calories per day. In order to lose weight you should consume 1000 calories per day.
Your losing 500 calories per day so thats 7 days which is 3500 calories you will lose each week. 3500 calories is = to loss of 1 pound. Lets say you consume 300 calories per day, your body needs nutrients in order for you to function properly whether you work or go to school, you won't be able to function properly if your only eating 300 calories per day. You'll lose weight and you know that it is unhealthy to consume that much. If you really want to lose weight really fast, try taking in only 20 grams of carbs per day and you'll get immediate results in less than 2 days. Its also a lot healthier than only consuming 300 calories per day. If you continue eating only a maximum of 20 grams of carbs per day I guarantee you that you will lose 1 pound per day. This diet is called Atkins It works only if you want to lose the weight fast. Its not healthy for your liver if you do it for a long period of time. Good luck.
