Help !!! Please !!! Hay fever is doing my head in !!!??
Question: I have tried nose sprays, local honey, allergy tablets, hayfever tablets, inhalers and it does not help. My nose runs all day and my eyes itch constantly. I have a cool pack which helps with the eyes but the runny nose and sneezing is so bad I can not do anything. Any advice would be much apreciated.
Answers: Unfortunately, I have pretty much the same problem. I find that a daily dose of Mizollen tablets, Nasal Spray and Eyedrops helps a lot. Another thing that helps is knowing what sort of pollen aggravates you most. My dad is almost fine with flower pollen, but tree pollen turns him into a sneezing wreck. If you know what exactly you are allergic to, you can get specific treatments!
Get yourself some Meth Quality Claritin
Hi what allergy tablets did you take, try zirtek or the cheaper version called cetrizine hydrochloride its zirtek but cheaper you can get it from the chemist or tesco or asda.
You need eye drops for your eyes and if you have plants in your house get rid or find out what indoors is bothering you and try and keep all the windows in your house shut to prevent the pollen spores getting into your home. And if you go out when you get in change clothes.
and apply a layer of vaseline inside the nose to stop the pollen spore getting into your nasel passages.
Maybe you need to see a doctor or allergist, for shots.
I had the same problem long time back. Two things helped me:
1) Solvin (de-congestant) tablets.
2) Exercise.
First is a temporary cure and second prevents the problem from occuring frequently.
how about an alternative medical diagnosis-the site below should understand
