Can an allergic pacient be cured? Is there any therapy??

Answers: when i was young i had terrible allergies. i got tested and then got a shot every week. i forget what it is called exactly, but i know they still do it. now the only thing that bothers me are mold spores.
There is no cure for allergies, but in some cases the doctor can administer injections of the allergen in an effort to build up the bodies resistence to the allergen.
Not by an allergy specialist, I am told. They want the repeat business. Plus all those steroids they pump you with may cause cancer.
No, you can help some symptoms depending on the allergy, I have server allergies to food and antibiotics that can never be lessened, Unlike my dust & pollen allergies.
Yes, for some allergies. There's been a treatment for bee stings for a while now. They're working on a treatment for nut allergies. That's more dangerous because the reaction can be so severe (even during treatment), but the method is the same in either case. Start with tiny doses of the allergen and gradually increase it so the body learns to tolerate it. The nut allergy treatment has been working well but not for everyone.
