For people with allergies are bagless vacuums better than the ones with the allergy bags??

Answers: Not always. If you get a cheap bagless, when you empty the canister you run the risk of the dust and yucky stuff getting into the air anyway. My son is HIGHLY allergic to all kinds of things, and I actually found that the vaccumes with bags work better, because 1)they don't need to be emptied as often, and 2) even when I tried the canister type of vaccume, I got more dirt and dust in the air when emptying it then I do with a vaccume with bags.
Yes! as long as you change the filters often, most use filters.
try a Rainbow it uses water to filter the air
YES!!! Bagless containers can be cleaned thoroughly, and bags often leak, even before they're full.
May I suggest you contact your Asthma Foundation and ask them which vacuum cleaner, they would recommend. As some asthma foundations will recommend a certain brand of vac *** cleaner.

But I believe the bag-less is supposed to be better for asthmatics.
