What kind of medicine to be use for dust-mines??
Answers: Have you been tested for an allergy to dust mites? If not it may be a good idea to speak with an allergist.
In the meantime there a few things you can do to lessen the amount of dust. You can obtain pillow and matress covers, remove carpeting (if possible) a hepa air or ionic air treatment system can help. if you have pets bathing them in water once a week can also help (you don't need to use any special soap) and when you wash your clothes and bedding make sure to use hot water and try to do it at least once a week as well.
for medications an antihistamine may help. there are quite few that you can get OTC but some of them will make you drowsy, IE; Benadyrl. some find Claritin, Alavert (Loratidine) to be helpful.
Personally I find that they don't help much.
this is why a trip to your doctor or allergist can help because there are many Rx medications that will not make you as drowsy and seem have better results. IE; Allegra, Zyrtec, Clarinex
They may also try a cortisteroid nasal spray to help with the inflamation, congestion and post nasal drip, IE; Nasonex, Flonase
There are also immune boosting allergy shots that can be given to help but this is a very long approach sometimes lasting years. and it may not even work at all.
I hope this information can help you
Good luck to you
