I've been experiencing overall discomfort, neck tightness (on/off) for two months? What could this be??
Question: The tightness sometimes feels constricted making me choke at times. I went to the doctor 5 times and they said it's allergies. Besides the tightness, I also have pink eyes (which seems to be improving), chest pain - sometimes below the armpit (usually in the middle of the night), and phlegm (more productive in the mornings). Also, I tend to be anxious a lot lately (rapid heartbeat). I have no cough or runny nose, have a good appetitle, and able to exercise with no problems. After two antibiotics, allergy pills and sleepless nights, I'm getting pretty tired of this. Hopefully someone can shed light on what this is or what I can do to feel comfortable. Your advice/knowledge is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

STRESS IN YOUR MUSCLES YOU NEED TO RELAX
I once had an unexplainable knot in my neck and a twitch in my eye. The twitch I could deal with, but the neck pains drove me crazy. I was NEVER comfortable. The pains were there for maybe a year.
....then I broke up with my stress-causing-boyfriend of three years and VIOLA! The twitch and the neck pain were gone!!!! FOREVER!
(Actually, every time I talk to him, (which is rare) whether it's because I run into him or whatever, the pain comes back. Very strange.)
So what I'm trying to say is, you could have this pain and discomfort due to stress. Try yoga. Or if you have a shitty boyfriend, girlfriend,, or job, ditch 'em. :]
keep a log for 2 weeks, write down everything to pass your lips.see if there is any correlations between what you ingest and these symptoms. My Mom had a severe reaction to Boca Burgers, darned near killed her, this was in the beginning of June, she still has moat of the symptoms you Are describing, except she has an added bonus of blisters that will not heal in her throat and mouth. This is what the ER suggested she do. Good Luck! and I sincerely hope you feel better soon!!!
Sounds like a lot of stress, but it could be something else. Also anxiety can bring a lot of different symptoms to your body also.Go back to your Dr.
