Nosebleed.??
Question: ok i keep having nose bleeds dose any one any triks to stop them???
Answers: Put some ice or something cold to the bridge of your nose. Eat a lot of dairy products, this will supply your nose with a lot of mucous. Don't pick your nose and stay in a humid environment (use a humidifier if you have to).
It depends on what's causing them.
Try eating less sugar: I used to get nosebleeds every time I had eaten too many sweets.
Is the air in your home dry? Try adding a little humidity. A pan of water on the stove will do it if you don't have a humidifier.
What about your blood pressure? Is it on the high side? If so, try bringing it down.
Or it could be that you're one of those people with extra thin capillary walls in your nose. In which case, just try to be gentle until they heal from the last bleed.
