Dexarhina Spray DUO????
Question: Anyone use it and how long for or are you stuck to use for life???
Answers: i have been on it for 3 years now and there have been the odd month where i have forgot to take it and i have been fine. are you allergic to dust because that's the reason i was put on to dexa-rhina spray duo.
if you are then you need to damp dust your house/bedroom (instead of polish use a bucket of warm soapy water of your choice and a cloth wipe all your surfaces electrical pictures etc, also wash all your soft furniture if you cant get it in the washing machine put the items in the freezer for 2-3hours to kill all the dust mites) sounds dumb but it works also if you want to stop taking it nock your dose down but Ive been told that this is the strongest and after this its an operation
