Is Advair as dangerous and many make it sound??

Question: I have been taking Advair 250/50 once a day for almost 2 years. It's worked wonders and I have only needed my rescue inhaler once - because I had used my Advair disc when it was empty thinking it wasn't. So is Advair really dangerous? All the talks and warnings I have read have gotten me concerned.

I currently take the following for allergies: Zyrtec-D, Singulair, Flonase. Singulair was given in combination with Zyrtec-D to treat my allergies. I never helped my asthma. I also get allergy shots and have been for the past 2 years.
Answers: I've been taking Advair 500/50 for the last few years and it's worked wonders for me. I haven't had any problems with it. I also take Clarinex and Nasonex for my allergies. I used to take Singulair too, but I didn't think it was worth it. My best advice is to consult your allergist/pulmonologist about Advair. I'm sure your doctor (and mine too) thought the benefits outweighed the risks, which I believe is true.
You poor gal, you sound as bad as me. I haven't had any problems taking advair, so I continue to use it daily.
