PLEASE help, i have terrible allgeries????
Question: hi i am on allgera and just had to take 2 bendryol because my throat feels clogged and really dry, i aknow its allgeries but why is the allgera not kicking in, i took it this morning....any one know how to help my throat asap without calling the doc? please only serious answers only thanks
Answers: you took 2 benydryl!!! i would sleep for a week straight. Allegra is very mild. You are better off with a prescription for something stronger that doesn't have the side effects of Benedryll.
You still awake? The anti histamines you are taking will be very drying. Try some Robitussin plain or the generic for it is guinfinessena(sp?). It is a moisturizer in a sense that helps clear you. and you need a decongestant. Benydrll will put you out of your misery for a while but should not be taken if you have to be awake.

get a kleenex.
Get some boiling water, pour 2 tea spoon of honey and few drops of fresh lemon and sip it like a tea. Within few mins you will feel good. If you have nothing then just start sipping hot water.
one thing that i started doing that cleared my sinuses up really good.. got all the mucous and pollen out was flush with a natural saline ( salt) water solution got it at the natural store its called a netti pot.. its nothing but a ceramic mini teapot looking cup that you put salt and water in mix it then pour it through your nose.. sounds bad but works REAAALLLLY good to clear up your sinuses the natural way.. ive had probelms with allergies all my life and this was the only thing that ever helped cure it.. the NATURAL WAY no pills that have bad side efffects

the solution i use comes from the natural store its nothing but a natural type of salt and baking soda mix.. you could probably just use a little bit of table salt maybe half a teasppon ( table salt is stronger than the natural salt i use) and mix it with a lil baking soda half a teaspoon .. put both of these in a cup of warm water then pour through right nostril out left one.. switch and do the other side.. not sure what you could use for a pourer though so you might wanna wait until you can get to the store to buy a netti pot...
