What are the causes for sores on upper and bottom lips along with sore throat??

Question: A day ago I discovered sores on the inside of my upper and lower lips along with swelling. The next day I had a minor sore throat. I am wondering if maybe its an allergic reaction to something or a viral infection. Please help!
Answers: its most likely a viral infection, see your doctor.
go to web md
gotta stop suckin dick.....jk
Usually sores come from a cold or if your body was hot longer than it should have been
Something you et, or herpes?
thrush, or hand foot and mouth disease
hmm... does your bf have herpes?
Could be herpes.
You and the last 50 people you had sex with need to get to a doctor.
Cold sores are a weird form of herpes, and the sore throat is probably an infection unrelated.
It sound like you are coming down with a severe cold... The sores in your mouth (lips) are a type of herpes, but not similar to an STD virus... Its still contagious...

About your throat, seek medical advise from your doctor so he can prescribe you an antibiotic before the germs travels down your lungs and cause bronchitis + sinus infection...

Take care... Rest more...
Oral sex can cause sores on the lips. Consult a Dermatologist. Please see the webpage for more details on Herpes Labialis (Oral Herpes Simlex)
First-yes you can get STD's during oral sex. Perhaps your sores are actually the blisters associated with Herpes. Herpes Simplex 1 is commonly called coldsores -stress, fever, sun exposure, some stomach conditions can induce a flare up. Herpes Simplex 2 is genital Herpes -an STD that can be transmitted during oral sex! Both are contagious! They are treated differently however. Go to your doctor for further determination and treatment. ...and by the way, oral sex is SEX!!
actually it can be an STD. go to the Doctors and get it checked out to make sure its not an STD
it could be a yeast infection i think
