How do I become health??
Question: I have chronic anxiety and depression problem. Not only to that, but also I have very frequent physical illness and sicknesses.
Also I have huge fatigue problem that are not solved for years.
I want to be healthy. I do not want to be weak anymore.
I see many friends and classmates around me, who are very healthy. I wonder how did they manage themselves to be like that.
Do you recommed anything? I do not mind reading long sentences, so please feel free to give me as much information possible.

Answers: You might try regular exercise and eat well - cut sugars, processed and artificial foods. Eat whole grains, lean proteins, fruits and veggies etc. You might also add in a good multi vit and supplement with Omega 3 fatty acids such as fish oil. Engage in social activities, play, laugh with friends and family. Set and keep to a schedule esp a time to go to bed and wake up. Do something each day that you can be proud of whether it be simply getting your work done or trying something new and be sure to acknowledge it, give yourself a pat on the back! If you belong to a church - go! If this fails seek mental health counseling, you can get better!
