Need Ear Plugs, Allergies/Sinus, and Flying Help??
Question: I'm flying to Orlando on Monday and have been suffering with allergies/sinus my doctor just presribed me Singulair but suggested that I get some ear plugs. I wanted to know which ones are the best I saw the Ear Planes and some other silicone type that you put on the outside of the ear hole. I also tried to pop my ears holding my nose and closing my mouth and blowing hard but only one ear (my right) pops how can I pop my left? Do you think I should also drop the Singulair and take the real sudifed?
Answers: I use Ear Planes and find that they really help.
Also, you need to take a strong decongestant before the flight.
